It seems like Lauren Conrad has really gotten sucked into the delusional world of "The Hills" and has gone diva on us. Last week Lauren made headlines when she refused to walk down a catwalk with a pooch for the 'Paws for Style' animal charity event. And this week she's pissing more party bosses off for her diva like behavior. According to Page Six, Lauren was flown to East Hampton by chopper and paid to host a party at Lily Pond for Svedka's "Join the Party" campaign, but she showed up two hours late. "She seems to have lost a grip on reality and thinks she is A-list material," said the source. "And after taking pictures, she bolted straight to the VIP area and refused to speak to anyone outside her entourage." Isn't it hilarious when reality show stars become divas? The real A-listers in Hollywood are actually more pleasant than some of these young Hollywood 'stars.' Do you think it was just a misunderstanding, or has Lauren gone Hollywood on us?

I would like to address some of the internet rumors regarding what happened at an event I attended in New York on Tuesday. I was invited by "Animal Fair Magazine" to attend a charity event, "Paws For Style" fashion show. I have always been a supporter of animal causes. I own 2 rescue animals and this sounded like a great event. I agreed to pose for the cover of the magazine, host the event, do press at the event and donate clothing, all of which I did. I was not aware of any other commitments. I was not paid to attend the event and my hotel room was donated to the charity. I also made a voluntary donation to the Humane Society for more than the cost of my airfare so there would be no expense to the charity. I have always been responsible and keep my word on all commitments. I am extremely hurt and disappointed that Wendy Diamond would go to the press and attack me with untrue statements. Anyone who knows me, knows this is not the kind of person I am or who my parents raised me to be. It's just embarrassing that people are saying these things about me. I was trying to do a good thing and help out a charity by doing everything I agreed to do. I continue to support the Humane Society, as it is a wonderful organization.

CROX *******WARNING******
So these Crox shoes that kids like to wear, NEVER, EVER, let them wear those on an escalator. It's very dangerous. I was listening to the NEAL BOORTZ show and his producer was telling the story of one her sons crox getting caught in the escalator. Apparantly these can easily get caught in the side well of the step and it can drag your young childs foot in the side of the step. This happened to her son and it mangled his toes, they think he is going to be allright long term but he has four broken toes. So keep this in mind of your kids wear crox and you go to the mall or wherever and they have to use the escalator. Crox are fine pool side but again DO NOT wear them on escalators.

Hills star Lauren Conrad isn't bothered that West Hollywood boutique Kitson dropped the Lauren Conrad Collection.
"Lauren Conrad could not be more thrilled with the success that her collection is receiving at retail," her rep said in an exclusive statement to Usmagazine.com.
"The collection is currently sold at Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Planet Blue, Fred Segal and over 500 specialty boutiques nationwide," the rep continued.

Fur flew at a dog fashion show for charity when Lauren Conrad didn't stroll the catwalk as a celebrity dog walker, but her rep tells PEOPLE that The Hills star met all of her obligations at the pet magazine-sponsored event. "Lauren just wanted to help the animals. She agreed to pose for the cover of the magazine, host the event, do press at the event and donate clothing, all of which she did. We are unaware of any other commitments. Lauren continues to support the Humane Society, as it is a wonderful organization," her rep says in an exclusive statement.Conrad, 22, was the marquee name at Tuesday's 9th annual Paws for Style event in New York benefiting the Humane Society and sponsored in part by Animal Fair magazine, which has Conrad on the cover of its summer issue with her rescue dog Chloe in an outfit that Conrad designed. Kitson owner Fraser Ross says, "Sales were lackluster. Initially it was great."
Though they tried to get L.C. to do some press and in store appearances, it seems Ms. Diva's people couldn't figure out a date.
It must be tough having MTV filming you at all times!
Ross adds, "They need to realize it’s no different than selling your album, your TV shows, your movies. You have to keep promoting it."
Well, aside from promoting, no one wants to spend over $100 on something they can get that looks the same at Target or American Apparel for $15.
As we all have discussed before the line was cute at best and did seem overpriced.
