So just know that whenever you see Lauren with Dieter, Mouth (from the hills) or any other character Lauren doesnt usually hang around it is due to the fact that Stephen is with and they want to keep it a secret until they show it on the show. But dont get your hopes up people, because they might just show Stephen as "her friend" on the show and nothing else. Still, the reality paints a different picture.
